Shipping Policy
Shipping is available through Canada Post to Canada, and USA. Shipments to USA addresses initiated by Canada Post will be delivered through USPS.
We ship orders within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the item descriptions. Estimated time of delivery does not include this processing time.
All additional expenses that may be applicable due to border crossing (including duty and taxes) after the order has been shipped will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy
A 15% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Return requests must be submitted to freedomswind@hotmail.com within 2 (two) business days of receiving order. Please include order ID and the reason why are you returning items.
