There also comes a time to release the things that no longer serve you. Spirit, Mind, & Body are all one, but each aspect of ourselves speaks differently. I find that in most cases first problems arise in the spirit, things just don't feel right. Then they manifest in the mind, this is way more noticeable, but most times we ignore these red flags. Then these issues start to manifest in the body. That's when we take notice, now this is concerning our mortality and things are harder to push through.
